Q. What is an Effectiveness Profile?
A. An Effectiveness Profile is a comprehensive 10-page write-up pointing out areas a person will tend to be most effective (do fairly well) and less effective (not do as well). Information is put into a Green, Yellow, Red framework. This helps a person readily grasp and use-apply the information as they assess their present situation or sort through decision alternatives.
Q. What kind of information is included in the Effectiveness Profile?
A. The information pinpoints:
A. After a person receives their Effectiveness Profile, they are encouraged to refer to four pages of information that follow the 10-page write-up. For example, one page helps a person assess their present situation by providing a format to match up their present or anticipated responsibilities with their Greens, Yellows, and Reds. Another page provides a practical tool to formulate a specific life purpose.
The purpose of these four pages is to facilitate use and application of the information in the Effectiveness Profile. HCI is available to help in this Follow-up process.
