Dr. Richard Hagstrom

Dick Hagstrom has been in consulting work for over 30 years. From 1963 to 1976, he served as a management consultant for an international research and consulting firm specializing in employee selection, training, supervision, and leadership. He started Hagstrom Consulting, Inc. in 1976. He developed the Green Light concept that helps people understand their unique combination of strengths and limitations. The goal is to match the job to the person to enable them to be effective, productive, and satisfied. Hagstrom is an author, and lectures at conferences and seminars in the U.S. and foreign countries. He and his wife, Marion, live in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. They are members of the Evangelical Covenant Church where both are Sunday School teachers. Their two children are married.
