Mr. James Sundquist emailed PeaceMakers in early January 2004, in some detail, a doctrinal dispute and exchanges between Mr. Sundquist and Linda Graybeal concerning Mr. Sundquist's charges of doctrinal heresy by Richard Foster.

PeaceMakers steward read only enough of Mr. Sundquist's email to establish a dispute existed and emailed all parties.

Mr. Sundquist responded he is in favor of a Biblical process established in Matthew 18 and stated that to date Mr. Foster, et. al., have not agreed.  In an email to Mr. Foster I specifically asked if a Biblical forum had/has been established-Mr. Foster gave no reply.

After a few emails addressed to [Richard Foster] richard@renovare.org and [Lynda Graybeal] lynda@renovare.org,
Ms. Linda Graybeal wrote that Mr. Foster would read PeaceMakers emails.  To date they have not returned any additional emails and in fact have gone silent.  We've tried several followup emails to which there has been only continued silence.

PeaceMakers' Witness, per Matthew 18:16-17  6 "But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.  17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican." is that an invitation to Biblical reconciliation to date [February 9, 2004] has been rejected. Now, added to this doctrinal dispute, is the continued apparent violation by Mr. Richard Foster of Matthew 5:23 and Matthew 18.

We can not act as a witness to the their process and communications as PeaceMakers has not participated.  We offer a link should you wish to further understand this dispute and it's implications...
